  • Loss of another racer

It is with a heavy broken heart that I have to announce that our good friend and fellow racer Mike Dusel passed away Sunday morning after a long battle with cancer. Those of you who got to know Mike will never forget him or his famous GD You Dusel sausage he will be missed but never forgotten.

Very sorry to hear that. I have never met him but have heard nothing but good things from my brother Jim and Dad Gil. Heard that his sausage was the best! Although it might come back to visit you later lol. My condolences.

Mike will be missed, I had tried to get him out to Busco for a few years to ride around with Gil.
Our condolences to Sharon and the family.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
      Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Sorry to hear about Mike. I did not race when he was active. Very sad to hear he battled Cancer.
I have been Getting my Daughters Scrambler Marc 12 ready for Ash and just realized its 50 years old. Time passes too quickly but one thing is sure The AATV acquaintances and friends I have acquired since 1968 are the best.
            God Bless

I haven't been on here in awhile. So sorry to hear about, Mike. Such a nice guy!! I remember the first time I met him at Ash. He invited me over to try the sausage he made. I left that weekend, with 10lbs. Condolences to his Family and Friends. He will be missed.

I missed this post. I didn't really know Mike, but know the name and am sure I've seen some posts. I'll let Dad and the rest of the family know.
