Looking for riders in or around Virginia

I have a scheduling conflict, so I can't go to Busco like I wanted. So I was wondering if there are any riders out there that would like to do something in the next couple of months. I am open to location suggestions and have open weekend availability except of course the weekend of April 26-27.

Borrowing tools is for the weak.
