    Upstate South Carolina members?

    Hi all (or HEY Y'all as they say down here).

    I am in Anderson SC and recently purchased a well used and rough Max II which I am resurrecting. Are there any members in the upstate area?

    I recently found 2 Max IIs, one at a tire shop and apparently the tire shop owner has one. Regardless, The tire shop manager will not give me the guys number or name. Incidentally, the MaxII in the shop has splined axles and a kohler 14 HP engine. The tranny is blown in it apparently.

    Hi Chris! You are not to far from some the Carolina boys, are you considering the Busco ride in April? Even if you don't get the machine finished it would be a great chance to see a Max in action and it's capabilities. There is plenty of room for more people on this ride.
    Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

      hi i am live in piedmont is not far from u and in april 9 to 11 i will go camp at busco beach with all the 6x6 if u like to go let me know is go to be fun

        Great Russ! Look forward to meeting you at Busco. I am sure that you will not be disappointed with the riding and the fellowship. Have you checked out the Home site for Busco yet it shows different parts of the park off and their facitlities.
