Yeah Andy,, we had a blast. I all of the kinks are worked out of my engine. The last thing I did was replace the govenor spring on it and upgraded to the MaxIV throttle cable and aluminum hand throttle. It was a night and day difference. Like always, I broke another axle bolt, but all of my chassis, sprocket and axle problems will be fixed once I return from overseas with some splined axles, heavy duty T-20 chain adjusters and a stiffened frame.Originally posted by russriders View PostLook like you guys have a lot of funHUSTLEMANIAC and a HONORARY MEMBER of the

Those are 25's on your Max right? Are those the Maxxis? It looks like they swim pretty decent actually.Originally posted by CBass View PostI was surprised to find that very little water had got throughout the whole trip. New bearing all around makes a difference, that and wasnt that close as it looked on video."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

Looks like you guys had a blast. A little more time with the zero-turn Max II and you'd have dug a pond! Great videos, thanks for sharing.

I got the Maxxis Mudbugs 26x12x12, Cory has the Dirt Devils in 25's on 9 inch argo or muddox rims and they are a pretty good ol tire. On his Max II, they swim more than fairly well, and do fairly darn well in the mud also. I believe a heat gun and some spacers was all that was needed to squeeze them in,,,,,, well I think he may have used some WD40 and a shoehorn alsoOriginally posted by jpswift1 View PostThose are 25's on your Max right? Keith, you catch everything!! ha ha hah ahah ha Yeah, I removed it to finish the front and rear portions of my body band. I knew the terrain at place we went to. No hills or cliffs that would have me fear flipping the hustler. Honestly,, I think the Hustler looks kind of "MACHO" without the cage, and kind of "BRUTE" with the cage, also,,,,, well It will be back on soon enough, whenever Cory finishes the body band and additions and corrections to the cage for me!Originally posted by kghills View PostFred, where's your roll bar? I think it looks good both ways but it did catch me off guard to see your Hustler without it. Glad to see you guys out having fun. Makes all the hard work you put in the machine pay off. Look forward to seeing all the mods take place when you get back.
Safe journey Fred, Keith.sigpic
