I have (2) JLO 400 twins. one is complete carb to pull start. the other is missing the pull start both turn over and have compression. one runs on gas shot into carb so ignition is good. If interested i can post photos and compression readings. Make offer an i will get them to Ashtabula. I also have a JLO 340 single with electric start. Engine turns over and has compression but missing pull start.
