  • Pine Lake?

I just saw some post about the swap meet that's at Pine Lake every year. I would love to know about the stands and the actual swap meet part of it. Anybody got pictures of the swap meet part of the show. I don't want to see pics of the races but I would love to know what the swap meet part looks like. I might make a trip down there next year just to check it out, if it's got alot of swap stuff or stuff for sale.

The "swap meet" part of the races is basically everyone with spare parts bringing them down to sell at their camp. There was quite a few parts changing hands during the races. Jpswift and I brought an entire trailer full of parts to sell and trade. We probably had the most stuff there. A few Attex bodies, a few frames, and engine or two, axles, sprockets, transmissions whole and parts, tires, and anything else we had laying around. A lot of people had stuff for sale like tires and transmissions, but most only had a few items to sell. I did see a few machines both running and not change hands. We will probably have a swap meet section at the fall ride too. I know I have a few things that are already scheduled to be picked up from other members there. It is not a typical flee market set up! There is no designated area to sell stuff at, and there are no booth or table fee's. You may or may not find something to buy there, but it is an experience to remember if you have never been to one of our big rides. Just seeing that many vintage and modern aatv's in one place seems amazing, especially to a newcomer. I tend to invite different friends and family every time I go there. Most of them think I am a bit over obsessed with the hobby prior to arrival. After the going though, they all seem to get it. Everyone I have ever had there has done nothing but talk about what a neat experience it was. They are all amazed by the machines and the people there, and they all seem to want to come back for the next event.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!
