It was great to meet everyone sat. We had a great trail ride and enjoyed watching the crazy drivers(you know who are! ) My son and I had a great time and even though we were timid drivers we seemed to fit in just fine. Thanks Mike for organizing the event and giving us a great picture (hope Jennifer forgives you). Looking forward to our next outing!

[QUOTE=jpswift1;185999]That Sierra Trail Boss 4x4 totally reminds me of Amphiman's "Two-Thirds of a Scramber" haha.

But this one is cute as bug. Did not get a chance to talk to him. Where was this fellow from, i have the other half of his machine and frame in my back yard. I have parts free if he wants them.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

Left around 9:30 this morning, said our farewells and hit the road for home. Traffic was light and had a great ride home. Great weekend, great people and can't wait until October to do it all over again. Have a few videos of the ride some with my finger in the way and some not. Thanks to our far away members for making such a long haul. Hope all have a very safe trip home. 6X6

Wish to thank y'all for another fine weekend and apologize to all we missed riding and visiting with.
Friday was a nice ride with some regulars.
Saturday we missed the group ride as the Conquest's maiden voyage and hurried Busco fix was not as planned with both push rod and carb. issues, thanks to Toysforme and Notfast for the carb. work, we all missed the picture as Sandy's battery connection was poor and the carb. found some debris in it so had Lindsay and Boomer take Sandy and the Truck for a test drive. Saturdays ride was fun and enjoyed with minor trail repairs on those.
Sunday's early ride was fun again with minor trail repairs, again. There was a near "Minnow" moment before lunch which turned out fine, luckily. The later ride was very nice and enjoyed by 9 machines even though the Truck found 'My Hole" again, there were 4 machines that came that the Bridge hole with all being assisted except member onlyonce. we ended later with a nice winding water stretch.
Thanks again for a great weekend filled with friendship.sigpic
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.

Here's a video I threw together. First time working with this camera, so it's a little bit shaky and taken in some weird angles, but hey, I'm learning. Unfortunately we missed a lot of the rides, including the group one, leaving this video with only a handful of the turnout. Had a great weekend with everyone! Thanks for another great event

^^^^Johnboy, that was a good 'ol time for sure!
That Argo getting full of water on Sunday sure gave us all a good bath to say the least. That bad boy filled up with water so quick then stalled out the engine it was crazy. Can't belive the thing never sunk. I appreciate all the help getting us out of that mess. I wish the video was taken when the back end started taking on water. That was definetely a wild time for sure. Best Busco Beach trip yet! Thanks to all for another great time and i'll see ya all in October!!
All the videos and pictures are real neat. One of these days i'll figure out how to upload pics/videos and slap 'em on the site.Last edited by ssbplumber; 04-20-2015, 08:00 PM.

Sam, I hate I missed that. John, I do have video, it just takes me a while to get around to editing/posting. I have gone through it all and now just have to edit. I was a little bummed that I didn't get as much good footage as I thought that I did. A lot of our Saturday morning ride, once we got to the river, was the same thing in every mud hole. We would get through the entire mud hole and then get high centered trying to get out. It didn't make for very exciting video.
John, I think I probably got the most shots of you with your machine at odd angles. I'll post a screenshot in a second from the hole that tore up my Max II. It was pretty good.
Edit: Here's the photo
