Larry, it's reached the stage over here in the UK now that you have to look after your own stuff mate. There's no deterrent for thieves now, IF they happen to get caught they would get community service for a few hours and that's it . They can thieve to their hearts content knowing that if unemployed (and they will be) they cannot pay a fine or court costs so they end up with a few hours of painting church railings and such.
They can't work in direct sunlight, rain, on ladders, in the cold, by traffic or anywhere else that may infringe their rights to a safe and healthy environment.

In other words, they go free with absolutely no punishment to speak of.

Hmmm, I wondered where this stuff over here came from! Thanks for the candid answer. I'm going to back off on any further questions. Our forum here stays clean of politics and this is getting close. This is probably the best forum I've been on for "keeping it clean". Anyway, hope you can make it somehow and enjoy yourself.
