amen 6x6 mcCoy was holding on to the rool bar after getting alley out . so i could drive it out . .i gess luck for once was on my side . . i am now home with the new attex it is the lime green one don posted about that he found . it has a 400 jlo and is in great shape . looking forward to rideing soonnnnnnn with you guys . robbie

Alright ya'll - I havn't had a day off since the Monday after Busco!!!! Getting a little burnt. Lets get a date in the works or an intermediate ride thread started.

Not going to be able to get to Ledges. only swing 2 days off that weekend.

Whipper & I got our pre-registration forms in the mail back in February & these are the prices for 2009 Ledges.

Driver & vehicle admis fee (if paid before 5-30-09) $75.00 (after 5-30-09) $100.00
Addt'l vehicle admis fee (if paid before 5-30-09) $50.00 (after 5-30-09) $75.00

Add'tl Adult riders (18 or older) $25.00 (same as last year)

Children riders (6 to 17 yrs old) $10.00 ea. (same as last year) 5 & under Free

Campsites (3) nights) fee for each campsite $80.00. (last year was $50.00)
Last year we paid $50.00 a night ($150.00) for tent camping, but probably should have only paid $50.00 for the 3 nights, but nobody caught the error.
10 AMP Elec Hook-up $30.00 ea. (same as last year)
30 AMP Elec Hook-up $40.00 ea. (same as last year)

Hi Robbie, I'll certainly be getting down to a Busco ride in the near future. I'd love to meet up with you guys and do some serious 6 wheelin'. I think the Ledges ride was between $60 and $70 per machine, plus a fee for additional drivers and passengers, plus the cost to camp there. Add in all of the gas, camping supplies, food, drinks, etc and it gets to be pretty expensive. It is cool to ride with a bunch of other AATV's, but for the last two years I decided not to go to Ledges, I used the money I would have spent there and bought more 6 wheelers.

amen jp . what is the camping price ,. at busco it's 10 a mechine +5 per head +tent camping 5 or rv 25 $$$$$ not munch to ride and stay at busco . robbie

The only thing is that Ashtabula, Busco, and other rides advertised are a quite a bit cheaper than Ledges. The cost to ride and camp at Ledges for the weekend just seems too high. I won't be going to Ledges, but I'll certainly be seeing everyone at Ashtabula......I think this one might be the best AATV event in many years.
