  • Springwater 2011 AATV Campground

2 years ago Cam (Argo of London) and I went looking for some acreage in Northern Ontario to extend our riding area. It had to be within a 5 hr. driving distance from us and be adjacent to Crown Land (Govt. Land).

Well we lucked out, we found just the right piece of property! 25 Acres, adjacent to over 20,000 acres of Crown Land, at a very reasonable price. We invited a third AATV owner and formed a partnership. Our goal is to share this riding mecca with others so we are in the process of developing an AATV Campground, here are a few videos of the area.

    (Need to edit titles, lol)

    Bw6,

The property that you guys leased , that is adjacent to over 20,000 acreas of Crown land , sure looks like a prime spot for a amphib staging area. I also enjoyed the second video that you posted too.

Mudbug, we own the property it is not leased, its only a 23 hr. drive from Shreveport LA, love to see your Hustler 980 in action.

Trebmaster, Lake Simcoe is only 1 hr and 10 min. away, its only a little over 5 hr. from Port Huron Mi. Lake Simcoe is quite a village during the winter with all those huts. I used to live in Barrie, Ont. which is where Lake Simcoe is located.

Here is part 3, which shows a very rare purpose built +$1,000,000 highway overpass for AATV's/ATV's/Snowmobiles that basically we have exclusive use of, it is only 1 mile away from our property. This overpass gives us access to an additional 1,000's of acres of recreational riding.
