  • N.E. Ohio/Southern MI riders - new ORV park!

Just got an e-mail from a friend that a new ORV park has opened up in south-central Michigan. From what I gather, the place used to be a rock quarry, and has now been converted into a park hosting all off-road vehicles from Jeeps to dirt bikes to our buggies. No alcohol on premises. Hi-Vis Orange flags required on all vehicles. Prices seem reasonable. Unsure about whether ORV stickers are required, but they might not be since it is private land and not State-owned. Need to check further.

Here's the link: Bundy Hill Off Road - Jerome, MI - ATV/ORV Riding Trails

Pretty close to me. This weekend is the last one they'll have open for the season and sadly I am working, so I won't get a chance to go, dang it. They had a meeting on 11/10 inviting folks from around the area and anyone interested in attending to discuss pros & cons of the park itself and to get a feel for whether the locals would support its continued operation. Unfortunately I did not find out about this until it was already over, so I can only hope it went well.

If they're still in business next Spring I will be loading up my Max IV & Rokon TrailBreaker to take them for an extended weekend romp! Has anyone from our board already been there by any chance??

P.S. There are several clips of the place already online at YouTube. Just do a search for "Bundy Hill."

That is soooo cool. It looks like about 2 hrs away from me.

Im going to look again but I cant find out when they open back up. I just emailed them and will post it when I get an answer.

Sweet part about the rules is rule 10 doesnt apply "
    10. Warning! Avoid Crossing lake, swamp and mud areas, they may be bottomless."

I am very excited about this place. Looks pretty big on the map. I see it goes near "Buck" lake. Thats the first spot Id be heading. Some of those hills look fun in the u tube vids. It looks like a blast.
