Don't think I've heard that kawasaki rev that high before, sounded like 6000.. the vanguard sounds good too.. pretty fast guys, considering all the rolling resistance of the sand.

Hey Mike, a place much closer to us is the Silver Lake dunes in Michigan. It doesn't come close to Glamis, but it still looks pretty cool. Unfortunately they're getting tougher and tougher on motorized vehicles there.

I'd love to get out to Glamis someday. All that sand, the jumps, and those high performance machines.......so cool! Thanks for sharing those pics and videos, it looks like you guys had a blast.

        Again..Awesome!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

OK...So us East Coast guys have to figure out a way to get ourselves and our rigs out there when the weather permits.

Another good one. The intro was very cool. I was trying to figure out the "in truck" perspective after a few seconds. I was looking at all of the campers for a while before even seeing Goliath.

I say we load up our machines onto a trailer and ship it out to Arizona. We could all take an Amtrak trip out and catch the sights, or get our kicks on (what's left of) Route 66. How does the song go? I know Flagstaff is in there, right?

Amazing footage. Perfect music choices. WTF is my Steve Miller tape?
