It's an 11 hour trip each way for me. I've been there 3 or 4 times already. It's a great place to ride and great folk to ride with.

About 11 hrs driving aprox 600 miles to Busco from Cleveland. Well worth every minute and penney spent. Carolina Boy's and Girl's are amoungst the best hosts you could possibly ask for and the riding is amazing.

I'm good with the 8th, 9th, and 10th... Easter weekend falls on the 24th for 2011, so if your looking for a holiday to do it on. I know for a fact, I'll be there on most of the weekends in April anyway...

By the way it's frozen mud but muddy

April 8,9 and 10 look good for me. Who knows; I may be bringing something new and interesting if the winter goes well.

woow sounds like a lot of people will be at this ride...how many have been there in the past? Is this the biggest event of the year? or will there be other large rides closer to Kentucky?

Hyter, it's AWESOME. I was last there April 09, and work/funds have kept me away since. I'm in NY so it's a bit of a haul, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. It is definitely one of the biggest events, I think only Ashtabula would draw as many/more, but thats a race, and in Ohio. And anyways, you get a deal on gas. About 3.50 here.

It's a 13 hour drive from the Buffalo, NY area. I made it down last fall, and it was incredible. Great folks, amazing riding and lots and lots and lots of amphibs, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, side by sides, everything. It's epic. It's total immersion therapy. If there's any way you can make it down, save up vacation time and gas money to make it. I'm thinking about taking a bit more time off to spend more than just the two days I spent last time.

Getting there is the hard part. It's relatively cheap to ride there, when you consider the varied terrain you get to experience. It's one of the only chances I get to see a good portion of my friends from across the East Coast, and beyond. I'll make every effort to be there....

It will be my first 6x6 only ride with these guys, but I ride Busco alot (insert four wheeler joke here), and it seems no matter how many times I go I always find a new spot or corner I have not been before.

I have seen some folks on here from Kentucky and Tennesse, I'd be willing to bet good money on it that you could pick up a chain of folks along the way and drop'em back off along the way home.. shared rides, not a bad concept, I may consider hopping in with one of the carolina boys for the Ohio races... but that is another thread

I really really really really want to go this spring. As long as its not easter I should be good with whenever. I like the ride sharing idea. I have my own trailer, but can't haul it with the company Escape(free gas vehicle). I would be willing to take 2 people with me (that would be 4 in my ride with my son) if someone wanted to stop by and throw my Attex on their trailer. All gas money could go to the person hauling the aatvs since my gas would be free. If not I'll just take my trailer with my wife's ride.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!
