It would be nice to have another weekend at Ashtabula each year for amphibs. I don't mind sharing the trails with the quads, but the big 4x4's could get scary. Usually around here at least, (on state land) it's the teenagers on the quads that create all the accidents. But at 700# a MaxII collision with a 5000# 4x4 would be very bad.

Maybe we could talk Bud into another weekend in Sept. each year, and push Busco later into October to get good a good turnout at each. October can be awful late in the season to tent camp this far north.

I can see that... It would still be cool to have a couple brave machines show up and get some exposure at an event like this. At least one trail machine and one fast machine.

At least he's trying to keep things going!!!!!!! How many places take alot more of your money and then fold after a year?????? Not sure i want to ride with (or after them) ,but i'll try to adapt. I'm in Will try to bring the sausage. Awful short notice, tho. DUSEL

I heard about this one on another site I frequent called LCOR (Lake County Off Road) and intend to purchase tickets tomorrow(gotta twist Lynnie's arm a little more tonite to join me so I know how many). I wrote a nice "uplifting" post on their site to help promote this event and help keep Pine Lake Raceway's property taxes,etc. paid.
Mike,looks like you have two mantles to pick up for this one,the sausage AND the fast machine,lol.

I'm working on on purchasing a house at the moment and still have the Parents' garage tied up w/ a head gasket replacement. Won't be able to make it, however having my own garage will be far more helpful in future events.

Got in town yesterday and gave Bud a call he gave some info on this weekend events beside NE Ohio Club will there this weekend they also will have food and theose who would like pay respect to the lost of there dad.
