Before I use a song in a video, I always search it on youtube to make sure the copyright owners have allowed it to play on other videos in the US. That has kept this from happening for a long time now but it looks like it didn't work this time. Back to the drawing board.

I knew you did the research Mike to make sure you could use the music but i figured they threw you a curve ball some where.

I post the video on Vimeo if I put music in it. I know eventually they'll catch up with Vimeo too but for now it's working.

Downside is that there's not as much exposure on Vimeo.

I usually do both. Some footage with music and some footage without. Most of the time I am shooting video from the Max IV with the engine running and that is all you hear. I promise you don't want to listen to a 15 minute video with nothing but the idling sound of my motor.

I finally got the video to upload to Vimeo after upgrading my account. I hope to edit it again and upload to youtube in a week or two. If you are on an ipad or other iOS device, you can view it on the home page of the site. Everyone else can view it below:

Great vid Mike, like others, it was worth waiting for. I think you got almost everyone that was there in the video. Very tasteful and no video of anyone getting stuck. Your Max is really nice!!!
