I just bought a trail boss last week and i know they have a kohler 309cc single cylinder 2stroke. Does anyone know what they called the model of that motor and what carb they had on them. I havent had the body off the Tboss yet to figure it out for myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you have the Kohler K-309. There were some other 6 wheelers that used this same engine........I know off the top of my head the very first Hustlers, the Kadoos used this same engine too."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"
