Hi, Ive got'a 94 16hp vanguard that has been stalling out at high rpm and when on an incline, but otherwise run great. I have replaced all the fuel lines, filter and cleaned the carb and tank. still no fix. so I decided to check th pulse pump witch was replace last year, i found that it seems to be working find at idle, but as the rpm rises the outputing fuel becomes a sputter. So I nest checked the pulse line from the head and it seems ok.
Any thoughts or do I just go for a new pump?
Also, I had to add an inline bulb primer during the summer because it would
emply the fuel bowl and stall before self priming itself.
