well went and pulled motor found out its a 2f-400-1 jlo starter mount was loose low comp. 100 psi cyls.dont look to bad hone job -new rings crank seals. still need a strat intake for a mukuni vm34 any ideas.....?wat is the hp. on this motor????

Call up Recreatives for parts. I know they have some NOS JLO 400 parts there because that was a factory engine in the Max II at one time. I believe the 400 JLO was rated at 28HP at 5000-6000 RPMs, or around that range.
