I have a Maxll with a Tecumseh OH160, my question is, At idle should the drive belt be spinning?, I've adjusted the engine both ways
1: The engine idles and the belt doesn't spin unless I give gas
2: The engine is at idle and the drive belt turns but the vehicle doesn't move until I give gas.
Which would be correct?
