If i have a 18hp briggs will the Salsbury 910 clutch work with it? Everything i can find shows the 780 Salsbury to be very similar to the 910.

The 910 is a larger clutch than the 780.sigpic

eg 780 drive with either 770,780,790 driven
The relationship between the 2 units gives u the """upshift and downshift characteristics ""
It does not mean that an non standard combination will not work but potentially may not give best performance and a lot of fine tuning will be needed . All the tuning will be trial and error .
