Where does this spring go?! Please help!

Had engine out of my max replacing starter. Scrubbed down engine and knocked this little spring loose, I can't for the life of me figure out where it goes. Could someone by chance tell me? The spring is at the tip of the screw driver in picture. Thank you!

same hole as the throttle rod.
