Have old 16hp tecumseh cast iron in max 11 been sitting for about 6 years cleaning up but no spark !! On the flywheel the to pins for mag one is alot shorter than the other arent they supose to be the same size for the spark???

No they are a different length. I changed mine on a 16 hp Tecumseh, started right up. Hope his helps. Be careful with trhat flywheel, very hard to find. -
Try sanding them and the pick up on mag lightly, may start as mine did.sigpic
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.

I set the gap at .020 from .015 and it ran better.Comment
