Briggs and Straton vanguard v twin model num?

Where can I find a model number on the motor of a 2001 16hp Briggs Vanguard v twin? (on a max II machine) Looking to put new jets in the carb. Can anyone tell me a good place or site to order them? Any and all help. No matter how small the detail you think it might be, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all your help. also I broke the winch in and out switch off the dash of 6x6 (warn rt 25) where can I purchase that switch as well?

The model number is on a tag that is attached to the side of the fan shroud.
