  • 398cc JLO Problems

I have an Attex 400 Chief and am having some problems with the 398cc JLO. Runs Good and Starts up right away but after running it for awhile and then Shutting it off (not dying, but by choice) it won't start no matter how much you crank on it or choke it, unless you let it sit for a good 45 minutes to an hour. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to two strokes, and was wondering if any of the experts on this board have had this issue or have any suggested fixes.
This does not contain anything aftermarket in regards to engine and exhaust and the following has been done:
1.Fuel tank has been Cleaned (Due to Rebuild of Entire Machine)
2.New Fuel Lines (Due to Rebuild of Entire Machine)
3.Carb has been Torn down and Cleaned with carb and choke cleaner

I would want to know what the compression is cold and hot first off. need to hold the throttle wide open when testing, are the spark plugs wet after You try to start it after its hot and before You choke it?
