1991 440a kawasaki 2 stroke

I have a 1991 max 2 440a Kawasaki 2 stroke and the jug on the recoil side works sometimes and not sometimes.i have replaced plugs,and ignition coil and it is still not working full time. Need help thinking CID box

Can you go into some more detail about what's not working? Does it run at all? When it's not working full time, is it just missing or cutting out completely? etc.

starts right up and runs only problem is the jug on the recoil side is not .a few times after starting it did have both jugs running.one jug cuts out completely at times
