How many lights usually can a 15 amp stator hold without killing battery?

15 1 amp lamps.
150 .1 amp lamps.
1500 .01 amp lamps.
And you don't even need a battery.
You don't know what you don't know and you're asking, "How many gallons of water will a 5 gallon bucket hold?"
If you are trying to figure out your electrical budget you are missing a couple of things:
Amperage needed to recharge the battery after starting.
Amperage needed to run the engine.
Amperage for cooling fans.
In your design assume that your battery is only for starting. (well, because that's what it's there for.) -
