hi guys my conquest 20hp kaw engine is now scrap, could buy a new block and rebuid it buy one of heads is damaged and could be a massive money pit for little gain, I am in the uk and cant seem to find the 27hp kaw engines over here. what are my options i dont mind going air cooled, (honda gx620) but want to knew it can be done before i start buying engines to see if they will fit. really stuck on what to do??? any help on what fits in a conquest would be great.

The GX20 should work just fine. Have you considered purchasing an engine in the U.S. and shipping it to the U.K.? I know you'll have to pay the V.A.T., but the Kawasaki engines are great and will give you many years of service, I prefer water cooled engines, but in your environment air cooled will be fine if you switch to the Honda.
The last I checked, Kawasaki was selling engines, at least in England. Hope this helps.
