2002 conquest fuel pump

Hello I have a 2002 Conquest 8x8 with a 20 hp kawasaki engine in it. My fuel filter has quit working and need a new knew. What is the min and max psi fuel filter can I put in it? Will a 4-7 psi fuel pump work or flood the engine?
