      What an interesting photo, i notice that the governor spring is not hard up against its slot ie, under tension when at zero throttle, mine is an i have poor top end revs, wonder if i have the wrong spring ?

        I believe that is an engine off picture, if you have low rpms it may be a matter of adjusting the throttle cable or the little spring in the picture.
        There is a thread on here about adjusting the high end along with something about the "forced idle" that may be necessary to obtain idle after achieving the high end.

          Yes off. When the engine is running the governor arm moves towards you looking at the picture, moving the spring to the other end of the slot.
