  • Cleaning Injectors

I'm getting some backfiring on my Argo 750 EFI. Would it be ok to use one of the gas additives that are on the market for cleaning fuel injectors. Could possibly be a loose wire somewhere I suppose. Any ideas?

The Lucas seems to have done the job. Thanks. However, I did replace the plugs again, so I suppose it could have been a defective plug. Guess I should have tried one thing at a time. :-) By the way, I did try the Seafoam last year when I had a similar problem. But at that time I found out it was a loose coil wire. I replaced the spade connection and that fixed the problem. I was going to check that out next if the Lucas injector cleaner didn't work ... but it's so damn awkward getting down there where the connection is, I decided to try the cleaner and a new set of plugs first. Thanks for replying!
