Offshore motors?

Hey Fella's, is anyone using any of the cheap offshore motors? like from princess auto, i have a 16hp Tecumseh that is not running full power and am thinking of swapping it out for a 13hp princess auto cheapy, any thoughts? comments? are the motors under powered?

Princess auto stuff is always hit&miss.. you never know. The nice thing is the return policy - if you don't like it, simply return it.
