    NO, I completely rebuilt it and drove it in a machine three years ago. It has spent the last couple of years sitting in my garage on a shelf waiting to be used in something else. It ran fine.

              Good compression in both cylinders, good spark, good fuel, timing checked. I don't get it.

                    Scott the last Jlo I had with the problems your having bad crank seals one motor kept blowing the center seal on me.only other thing I can think of right now.

                      if you spray starting fluid into the carb will it at least hit or run for just a second or two?

                        I'm on board with the bad crank seals.. safe bet that a piece of whatever did the damage ended up in a seal/bearings

                          I can get it to run a second or two but it does that bog thing when I give it gas and it dies. I have fuel going to it, we checked that.
