Tecumseh 18hp in max 2 carb issues

Hi everybody I’m having some trouble with my Tecumseh 18hp engine it will not start I’m getting plenty of gas to the carburetor bowl but it’s not getting to the engine, I’ve cleaned the carburetor twice now and made sure I stuck a wire in the jet to make sure it wasn’t clogged up, I also did a compression test on the engine and it seems to be staying around 90-100psi which I would image is ok for a small engine like this. If an one has ideas or thoughts to what the problems may be I’d love to hear them

Is the needle and seat set and working correctly? Installed right?

I’m going to take the carburetor off when I get home from work that will be the first thing I’ll check keep you posted
