Guys,
When I bought the Conquest I was suspicious of a head gasket failure.
I changed the oil and filter only last week and have ran it for an hour or so, when I removed the oil filler cap today my suspicion was confirmed as the filler tube was very creamy and it’s visible on the dipstick too.
Based on experience could anyone advise what else may be worth doing while I’m doing this repair.
My local Argo dealer here in Scotland has suggested getting the heads skimmed and perhaps replacing the water pump impeller.
