I'm getting ready to dig into the freshening/rebuilding of the old Briggs. Any preferred Online sources for seal and rebuild kits or would my best bet he to just check with one of the local shops? There are two within 15 minutes of me more if I go further in the other direction. I used Vegas karts and omb warehouse for the chonda. Also any recommendations on upgrades to keep it going and reliable? I'm not going to go any further than carb for performance parts and that's only if the stock carb isn't worth a rebuild

Does anyone know anything about the oiling mods for these, what all must be done and how to do it? Or are those mods just for the vertical shafts? Anything I can shade tree and make it better is a plus in my book.
