ya, I found out when i tried to order some parts for my tec and they were all discontinued. Stock up on tecumseh parts if you can find them. I ended up swapping my tecumseh for a briggs. -
That is to bad.
I know alot of people hated there engines but back in my days of 5hp gokarts I had alot of briggs and tecumsehs and the briggs would always blow up. I would always have problems with the briggs stupid carb diaphram and always loved the tecumseh style. All in all I was a tecumseh fan. Hate to see the end.

Hmm, Only had Tec. Snowblowers, but had good luck with them. Too bad, I just got my dad a big 10.5 HP snowthrower last Christmas, and it is a Techumseh engine Hope nothing happens. (Knocks on wood)
