HELP - Need matching starter gear

Have an 8HP B&S from a 1970 Attex. Ring gear is metal and is stamped 260919. Number does not show up in B&S online databases. Does not match pitch nor tooth count to 14/16 tooth starter gears. Was this a mod by Attex? Does anyone know where I could get the right starter/starter gear?

I wasnt lucky enough to get my 208tt with the original motor but arm08kn did. Try a pm maybe he can get some numbers or something off his starter or count teeth.
