I have just bought a 1991 Magnum and its fitted with the 18HP Kohler engine. I suspected the charging system wasnt working and then last night my suspicions were confirmed when i piece of magnet came flying out of the fly wheel area. I am going to pull the fly wheel off todfay to check it out but the manual i have is for a different model and doesnt show the charging systems.
Does anyone have a copy of the manual for the 1991 magnum with the v twin 18hp Kohler engine ?. Or even a link to one ?. Ive looked on the Kohler website but there doesnt seem to be one for this model.
