hey guys ----- ive got a problem with 2004 Max IV w/Kawasaki 27 hp motor
ive been trying to idle it down till the cent. clutch releases but just as it gets to the point where the clutch wants to let go and back off, the gov. gives it a shot and tells it to speed up , without being able to get it slowed down the thing is very hard to get into gear , any ideas whats going on ??? ----thanks
