JLO 440 Twin Walbro Carb. Troubles

I put the motor in last nite and can get it to fire with a little gas poured down the carb throat but it won't stay running. I pulled the Walbro Carb off to clean it out and notice that (1) the high speed adjustment screw is missing. And (2) that after taking the carb apart and cleaning it out as best as I can (full of rust from tank) I really don't think this one is worth rebuilding. Any suggestions on a replacement carb. or does anyone have a used carb that will fit that they would be willing to sell? The model number on it is WDA52
