399cc kohler hp rating

Hello, I just bought an argo 6x6 with a 399cc kohler 2 cycle engine. Can anyone tell me what hp this engine is? I don't know how to tell the year of my argo 6x6. Can you tell by the serial #? Mine is #2237. Thanks in advance for the help

Every engine is slightly different based on how well it has been maintained and such but a good rule of thumb is 15 to 17 cc equals 1 HP. using this method the engine you have is probably around 25 HP. Again this is just a rough estimate but I hope it helps.
