    Any suggestions on how to get 440 kohler 2 stroke unseized without removing it from machine??

    Pour some deisel fuel in the plug holes and let it sit for a while.. That should do the trick!!!

      If its seized it will need to be rebuilt more than likely anyway. You can try puting a little trans fliud in the cylinders and try to turn it over slowly without the spark plugs.

        turn it over?

        take out plugs put pb blaster in it a few days, add atf.. try turning the motor over backwards,,,,,,,,, with a wrench on the clutch bolt.....remove the pull starter, put a socket and a breaker bar on there too reverse the engine......

          seized

          I agree with try the Diesel down the spark plug holes, Will not work if its your bottom end that has gone out, if it is just weather seized it will work like a charm and get you up and running.

            Thanks for the info. men, turns out it is not siezed, the starter is fried.The starter gear was jammed up against the ring gear, i tore the starter off and it turns over like no tomorrow!
