Will 16HP do for a 6x6 Argo?

I have a chance to buy a briggs 16hp V-Twin older style engine that runs. I have the kohler 400cc 2 stroke right now but I want to just put around in the woods and swamps.

How will the 4 stroke briggs be compared to the Kohler?

Is there enough power in these 4 strokes to play with still? SHould I be looking bigger? I don't care about going like a scared rabbit. Just want to enjoy a nice quiet ride.

I have a 98 with the 16 vangaurd that pulls it pretty good but more power is always better.The argo with low gear helps a lot.If your mostly trail riding and going slow a 4 stroke is the way to go.

Thats what I thought.. Ya I am a hunter.. I like to play in the bush. Do some coon hunting and stuff. So whiping around is not my style...

GUess now I have a good rebuilt 2 stroke kohler 400cc engine for sale now.
