Ok here i go i took out my motor to change the back chains on my MaxIV when i put it back in i like to never go it to start ,,,it never had any problem starting before ,,but when it started it would not run good if i gave it gas to move .So i went to the wires and moved them around and it has been running great ,,,must have been a bad conection ...but i noticed that yesterday that some time when i go to start it all it dose is click ,,click ..and then sometimes it just start right up ,,what would cause this to do this ?

either you have corrosion on one of your + battery terminals, at the battery, solenoid, or starter. or you forgot to hook the ground strap back up between the engine and frame would my 2 ideas. also, sometimes with a briggs, there is a nut on the stud of the starter. remove your + wire at the starter, and make sure the nut under it is snug (do not overtighten). sometimes when removing and reinstaling the starter wire, that nut can get loose and the brushes inside the starter motor won't make good contact. if none of that fixes it, i'd replace the solenoid.A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
