How do I wire a =n hour meter on my 1973 attex 295?

i would hook the + lead for the hour meter into the headlight wire at the ignition switch. that way it only runs when the switch is on. if your machine has a run position on the switch, and a seperate position for run with lights, find a wire that has power any time the switch is on and tap into that for the + on the hour meterA well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
