  • help with electric start

A freind gave me a JLO 440 twin he had laying around, I plan to put it in the 300d. It has no electricstart on it, looking for one. Looks like I need a ring gear, starter, 2 support brackets, anyone have anything or any leads ?

    thanks,

You shouldnt have any issues with it unless something bizarre happens. Thats a pretty bullet proof transmission. I have never had any issues other then from running it with no fluid and that was an easy fix. Other then that, make sure the pucks are good and adjusted and it will be fine. If you do have any issues let me know and I will try to help. Good luck fining the electric start for it.

The transmission should hold up just fine, as Larry said, but don't go into the turns to fast because the first generation Attexes were very narrow and will roll......trust me, I did 3 times during the 2009 AATV races at Pine Lake. It'll be a rocketship in the straightaways though!
