Help with rockwell jlo

yo guys i have a flat spot in my engine its a rockwell jlo when i give the engine gas by pushing in my throttle the engine bogs out n dies the carberator is a walbro. wda31 and i cant seem to figure out why it wont suck in the fuel it is a diaphram any ideas it was just rebuilt the lines are clean the filter is new and the engine still wont run

and what did they forget?
that type is notorious for causing problems for rebuilders very complicated
now do you have a carb adapter and a micuni carb from a dirtbike?
and what size jlo?????
check compression and spark plugs what color are they and of course yo did turm all screws?
