WELL HEAR I GO AGAIN.I JUST FIXED MY TRANSMISION AND I CANT GET FULL THROTTLE IT SEEMS TO SPEED UP SLOWLY AND IF THEIRS ANY STRAIN ON THE UNIT IT STRUGGLES.
NOW I CHECKED THE NEEDLE AND ITS SET IN THE MIDDLE,I ADJ THE SCREW 1-3/4 TURNS
NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.HELP

Check to see if you're getting strong spark in BOTH spark plugs. Then try and run it and put the choke on when it's acting up like you're describing. Also, check the fuel filter and the fuel lines to make sure they aren't clogged with debris. Let us know what happens.
