I think I have the problem down to the fuel pump as engine did start when mix gas was sprayed into the back of carb I took the outlet off pump and cranked the motor with no fuel coming out. Someone installed a squeeze ball on the fuel line I think this floods the carb with to much fuel and not enough pressure to get it the motor does this sound right?

L.D. you may try an auxiliary fuel tank with just gravity flow connected directly to the carb and see what happens then. tim.

Take the pulse line off the pump and pull the engine through to see if there is pressure coming out of the line from the engine. I had a piece of hose plug the nipple and it wasn't creating enough pressure to work the pump. If yes then check out the pump. I'd disconnect the primer ball until you get it dialed in. The less potential things to mess it up the easier it will be to trouble shoot.

Hi LD On the smaller 2 strokes there is a return hose for the fuel that isn't used to return to the tank. Has yours been eliminated??? Good luck Mike

Update I replaced the milkuni fuel pump but the problem was when I installed the new carb I got the barrel in the wrong way so I guess it was wide open.
