We have a tillitson HR42a carb on a 73 argo. The engine is a Kohler 399-2t. Does the pulse line between the crankcase and the carb supposed to have a restricter in it? Or What about the return line to the tank...is it supposed to have a restricter? Weve rebuilt the carb and were still just getting way to much fuel
